Aaran House is a friendly and welcoming family guest house, ideally situated on the sea-front, close to the shops, Theatre, Harbour and all popular amenities. This Georgian guesthouse enjoys an enviable location, with all rooms featuring spectacular views over the sandy beach in front or the picturesque harbour, with its fishing boats, yachts and Lifeboat Station to the rear. The Pavilion Theatre is just a step away and the Town Centre, shops, Brewers Quay, Marina, Nothe Fort and Gardens are just a short stroll.

Condor Passengers

Aaran House is the closest accommodation to the Condor Ferries to Jersey, Guernsey and St Malo and we welcome bookings from Condor Passengers for both early morning and late night arrivals. Wake-up calls on request.

Quality rooms and new facilities

All bedrooms have full central heating, hot and cold running water, colour TV, hairdryer, alarm clock and shaver points. All rooms are en-suite (shower or bath) or have private facilities. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided free in all rooms. We have a well stocked kitchen with good wholesome breakfast food. We open throughout the year and cater for Easter, New Year and Bank Holidays. Denise and Jim took over Aaran House in 2007 and we operate a non-smoking policy for your comfort. Sorry - no pets and no children under five. The Guest lounge offers comfortable relaxation, a writing desk and Basic Sky TV.
