Jim and Denise welcome you to Aaran House, our friendly and comfortable  guest house, overlooking the sea-front.

This Georgian B & B guesthouse enjoys an enviable location, with all rooms featuring spectacular views over the sandy beach in front or the picturesque harbour, to the rear. The Pavilion Theatre, Condor Ferry, Town Centre shops, Brewers Quay, Marina, Nothe Fort and all amenities are just a step away. Our guesthouse is also handy for contractors  working in the area

During the 2012 Olympic Sailing Events Aaran House will be a prime location for following the action, with easy walking access to local "mega-screen" viewing sites and direct viewing over the Bay from our front windows. We will try to keep you up to date with the Olympic Sailing schedule and tourist arrangements as details become available.

From Aaran House B & B, a short walk, bus trip or drive takes you to magnificent sea views, beautiful countryside, historical monuments, museums, old pirate coves, one of the the major bird migration points on the South Coast and Portland rock formations dating back 250 million years. Weymouth is situated on the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site ranked in importance with the likes of the Grand Canyon and the Great Barrier Reef as a site encompassing outstanding natural beauty, cultural, geological and ecological riches. The entire Jurassic Coast can be walked, along the South West Coast Path National Trail, or it can be viewed in its majesty from the sea by taking advantage of the many hire vessels.
